At Happy Pawzs, your satisfaction—and your pet’s comfort—are our top priorities. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened pet care products are not eligible for return, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. We may request photos of the item to help resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a few business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please reach out to us for assistance.
